Vacation to Holden Beach, NC...

Vacations with kids are different than before kids, that is for sure. No more sitting on the beach releaxing and reading a book- but a different kind of fun.

• watching Drew experience the waves for the first time
• seeing the girls play in the waves for hours
• having a group of very tired kids take a nap on the couch everyday
• minivan road trip to and from the beach

I'm sure the relaxing vacations will come again someday- but I'm happy for what I have right now :)

I resolve to post regularly...really

Is it Spring yet?

Cleveland has been really getting some snow lately- I am tired of being cold and I am tired of hauling children through ice and snow while I freeze :)  Seriously- I am cold all day, every day.

Riley has been playing Xbox with Dave almost every night.  They play Spongebob Squarepants and she loves it!  I took this photo the other day and I think it really sums up the Girl Gaming Experience.  This is what makes the girls stand out from the boys.  Not only does she play the game extremely well, but she has to look good doing it.  She had to put on the full outfit before she could play- is that dedication or what :)
